Have had multiple dental plans(delta, dentemax) and she has accepted all. Always fits me in, even emergency. Have had crown, fillings and cleanings. My 2 children now come to her as well. She always answers all of my ?s and gives you options ( explaining pros and cons). I have never felt pressured like past dentists.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Brinson has been a very poor one. In the beginning I thought she was good because of her friendly personality, but I'm not looking for personality anymore this has taught me a lesson, I look for quality work. I had even referred someone else to her and they also had a bad experience (filling fell out and another dentist said it was poor quality work). This was before I had all the bad experiences with the various work she did. My experience with the partial I had ordered was a nightmare. Not only did they mess my partial up but they messed them up three times, having me to come back three times to the office to be re-molded again. I would NEVER go back there.
About Front Desk: poor....they don't even acknowledge you sometimes when you enter their office.....certainly not good for persons of color.

Exceptional dentist; never tried to over charge and always helpful and a top notch professional. She has got to be the best in every area of dentistry. I hope she never moves...this is my dentist for life.
About Hygienist: Always friendly.. how did she ever find a staff like her in Indy.. most are crabby!

I feel that she is too fast, rough and takes absolutely no responsibility for her failures. My family will never see her again.

I found this dentist through my insurance provider list, and went to her because she was close to where I live. She pulled an abscessed tooth which sent me to the hospital for 5 days, required surgery to drain, and I spent a month on antibiotics. She basically 'washed' her hands of and totally forgot that I even existed; absolutely no follow-up on her part to even check to see if I was still alive! This is not the kind of treatment that you'd expect from a medical or dental professional; heck for that matter, the kind of treatment that you'd expect from any kind of professional. Her indifference and 'quality of care' before, during, and after my first and only visit to her was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this "Dentist" to anyone.

I love Dr. Brinson and her staff! They are so friendly and really get you in and out in a hurry. She is great!

After not going to a dentist for 5 years, I went to Dr. Brinson and it was an excellent experience!! She is gentle and precise and makes sure that you are comfortable. Our whole family sees Dr. Brinson and the only complaint we have is that there is not a space for children to wait in while parents are being worked on.
