They will make you wait for hours even if you have an appointment, very rude office stuff and poor work by Dr. Newsom. Do not recommend at all. It's never their fault if something goes wrong .

I went to Dr. Newsom to have cavities filled. I came out of his office with a completely mangled mouth. He did not use any type of numbing injection or solution; therefore, I was in extreme pain. He never once asked me why I had tears in my eyes and what I was trying to say. On top of that he neglected to notice the two upper cavities and only filled half of one of the bottoms. The cavities that he did fill he left rough and not smooth at all. I know this because I had to go to another dentist to fix his mistakes. When I tried to ask him if the pain/discomfort was normal he didn't respond. He left the room in a hurry to move on to the next patient. To me it seemed that Dr. Newsom cared zero for the patient and I personally DO NOT like that. We as patients, regardless the type of insurance, are paying for a service. If Dr. Newsom was say, a waiter, he'd be fired.
I would not go to this dentist at all. F-
