I had a crown lengthening procedure that was amazingly low in pain. Dr. Sayre-Carstairs uses a laser to remove bone and tissue for the procedure. It was amazing. I hate normal drills because of the sound and smell. There was just a quiet tapping sound and no smell. Great! Dr. Sayre told me what each step of the procedure would be and talked throughout explaining what she was doing and the result she was seeing. Office and clinical staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and nicely put together. Great books in the waiting room for my husband. Good follow-through to make sure I was recovering properly. As a bonus, Dr. Sayre recommended a water pick that has greatly improved the health of my gums. I highly recommend Dr. Sayre for your periodontist and I will return if I need further treatment.
About Hygienist: Christy, a registered dental assistant, was friendly, through, and seemed to know instantly what the doctor wanted for the next step. She helped make the procedure smooth and quick.
