My experience with Dr. Jacobson was excellent. He worked with me to repair and realign my bite and to replace a costly set of inferior crowns. His chairside manner was professional and caring. His knowledge, skill, and attention to detail was excellent. He is one of the most respected prosthsodontists in the Nation and highly sought after to provide training in specialized procedures to established professionals. His office has an in-house laboratory where they manufacture strong beautiful dental crowns, implants, bridges, inlays, night guards and other products for Dentists across the Nation. He and his staff are truely professionals, experts in their field. You can depend on their care, the quality, and the service.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is excellent. She can work with your insurance company, schedule an urgent visit or arrange a dual appointment with another professional. Always great service.

About Hygienist: The office hygienist provides top quality care and cleaning. I prefer a deep cleaning and she takes the time to accomodate my needs.

Very misleading, bad manners. Extremely expensive and do not provide information how many % of gold in crown for mollers (like #30; 31;2;3 ext.). Request to belie him without knowing what you are paying for. Do not care for patient's needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobson for over 20 years. He is a first class
dentist who also writes and teaches. Sort of a dentist's dentist. Except for the quibble noted below, which may not be of concern to you, I recommend him highly. His staff has always been friendly, professional and very good about submitting claims to Delta Dental. His new office is sublime. Dr. Jacobson did some veneers on my front several years ago. He was very meticulous about matching the color to my other teeth. These look great and have held up beutifully. He has also done 2 gold crowns with which I am very satisfied.
The one area of dissatisfaction for me has been that Dr. Jacobson does not take special precautions when removing silver amalgam fillings. I am not of the belief that my amalgam fillings are poisoning me, but I am concerned about exposure when these fillings need to be relaced. For this reason, I have had 2 crowns done by a "mercury free dentist" who used a dental dam, HEPA vac and oxygen. Dr. Jacobson will not work with a dental dam. He did replace a broken amalgam filling with a gold crown last year (my mercury fee dentist had retired). The crown is great, but if I need another amlgam filling removed, I'll go somewhere else.

Dr. Jacobsen is an excellent dentist. Very professional and effective.

Dr. Jacobson and his Staff are extremely professional and have the patients best interest in mind at all times. All of the dental work is completed in his office without using outside laboratories.
