If you want to go to the dentist and wonder if you're going to pay up front 100%, pay a deductible up front, be billed later, partially be billed later, be responsible for filing the claim to your insurance yourself (sometimes) then this is the dentist for you. My wife and I have been to him a total of 6 times between us and have been charged differently every time. His billing is ridiculous & confusing, and if you have to file the claim yourself, good luck getting a clear answer from the desk. The best part about Dr. Adeli's office? His office. But then again you don't have to go to dental school to be able to pick a good office location. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Oh, and 6 months after seeing him one of my wife's molars is coming out in pieces. You mean to tell me you couldn't see something like that coming 6 months ago?!

Beware of their chair reservation fees. Even if your insurance covers the procedure, you may have to pay an insane chair reservation fee. Dr. is nice but the fees are not.

Dr. Adeli is professional and courteous. He takes the time to explain procedures and is a skilled practioner. The staff members are also top notch and are always pleasant to me. The practice itself is extremely clean and it has a relaxing environment. I do and have recommended Dr. Adeli to my friends and family.

Don't let the fancy office fool you. Dr. Adeli if very pompous!!! He cares more about the money he can get from you then the care he's actually giving. Generally expect to have someone else take care of you the entire visit and he comes in at the very end for about 60 seconds to review their findings. His staff of hygentists, dental assistants, and office staff have such a high turnover that you never see the same person twice... except for Dr. Adeli. URGH! I've gone for a tissue graft on my gums, that he never discussed the amount of pain & discomfort that I would be in for weeks to come, let alone that the graft would never match my tissue. Then there's going in to get cavities filled, where he instructed someone to numb & fill areas that didn't even have the cavities in them. Then because of the high turnover, their billing department is not up to date. So... expect to get bills for your visits up to a 8 months after your service, because that's when they finally realize that the insurance company didn't pay them enough money. And you'll need to help micromanage them, as they don't keep accurate records of what you paid. So they'll continually send you bills that you've paid. FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!!

Have you ever heard of Invisalign? I did not know about invisible braces, and I was VERY hesitant to be one of those "older ladies" with braces. When I went to Dr. Alex Adeli's office, the hygenist suggested invisalign to take the crowding out of my bottom jaw. This suggestion has been made before, and I have always wanted to improve my smile, but I don't have money to just throw away on expensive services. That was when I was told I could get my teeth straightened (and whitened!) all for under $4,000. The topper: my insurance would help pay for it! It didn't take me long to make the right decision. I signed up for Invisalign with Prudential Dental Associates and Dr. Adeli has been deligient and professional in taking care of me and my teeth. I made a GREAT choice for dentists!

Dr. Adeli loves gadgets-which can be good if you want the latest possibilities for treatments-but he uses them at a cost to human sensitivity and judgement that comes from experience. Together with one rude hygenist and his alarmist approach (when I came in for a cleaning with him, I was told that I needed 4 root canals based on one test which another dentist tells me is not reliable) I can not recommend Dr. Adeli.

Note: this is not a "final" review, as my procedure was not 100% successful the first time. However, Dr. Adeli seemed concerned about my well-being and let me know he was available in off-hours if I experienced any serious pain. I will have a detailed follow-up review once the procedure is finalized.

Dr. Adeli's office is very high-tech and I was very impressed with his facilities. He took his time and explained the status of my teeth and what procedures would need to be completed. I highly recommend Dr. Adeli!
