Read Reviews for Dr. Faridoon Zamani
I moved to the North Shore, and recently visited two different dentists, who gave me different opinions and were more interested, frankly, in my money than my dental health; and so, despite having only one car between the wife and I these days, I'm making the trip to see Doctor Zamani, whose thorough care and integrity I trust implicitly. And my mouth is already thanking me everyday. Thanks again, Doc - you're part of a rare, disappearing breed - the doctor who cares more for his patients than his own pocketbook. Michael Sol

I am usually afraid of dentists and especially of needles - Dr. Zamani personally and almost magically dispels these fears. He comes through, gently pinches your cheek like your grandfather when you were little... perhaps his soothing words were hypnotic, but my pain and fear were gone. Also he really listened to me, which is something many dentists only pretend to do. I am very skittish and I want to fully understand everything being done; whenever I had a question that took longer than a moment for one of his assistants to answer to my satisfaction, either he would hear, or another assistant would go get him, and his answers were excellent. They even helped me with suggestions for excercises to help my TMJ (that worked). The front desk worked with me when I had to change dates last-minute. I had a few fillings done, and one root canal - on the latter we decided to do a temporary crown because I was moving back to California, and there were time constraints. The temporary was supposed to be good for only one year - but it held for seven!! (Did I mention I am afraid of dentists?) All the work Dr. Zamani's office did was expert and thorough, and it was to find another dentist that good that I found myself writing this review.

Very exensive. Poor older equipment. Not recomonded.
Cost is not what they say it will be at times. I've received bills afterwards for treatments that I thought were paid for by my insurance and deductible.

My crowns didn't mach the color, after confronting he argued and argued.Very unproffesional, acting a lot, makes me to nervous. However, appointments are always available, but he sees many people at the same time, not concentrating on you.
Also always different people working there whenever I go there, which I will not do anymore.Good luck.

Dr. Zamani is a good dentist. Procedures went quickly and painlessly. There was very little pain after my wisdom teeth were removed or my fillings done. However, their service regarding costs and insurance help was poor. Costs were not made clear up front.

Dr. Zamani is an excellent dentist and I would recommend him to any patient that is afraid of the dentist. He makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed and there is no pain involved!!!! I was one of those people who hated the dentist, but ever since I have started going to Dr. Zamani I actually look forward to going because he really cares about you and your well-being. Not to mention the healthy and clean set of teeth that you leave with. :)
