Read Reviews for Dr. Dale Salomon
He has done a number of extractions for me, and they were the least stressful dental work I have ever had done. The last session I had to have 8 teeth -- mostly molars -- extracted. This is when my trust in Dr Salomon paid off the most, for I am sure they were the most painless and fastest-healing I have ever had.

Let me start by telling you, I have a vertical fracture running entirely through one of my molars, so that both "halves" are moving independently of each other. I have to have it surgically removed. Yes, it is extremely painful. I hope no one else has to suffer, the same as I am suffering to this day.
Every single person (except the most important one!) in this office treated me with professionalism and respect, also very personable and willing to answer any of my questions. The first time I came in contact with Mr Salomon (I refuse to refer to him as an "Oral Surgeon", that denotes respect I neither received and he does not warrant.) at my consultation, he was terse, and almost to the point of being extremely rude. He only wanted to talk "at" me, not discuss anything. Okay, having a bad day.
Two weeks later, I arrive at the appointed day for my surgery and am sitting in the surgical chair when I am informed they are taking out THREE teeth! What? I don't understand? The assistant goes to consult with Mr Salomon and he comes in and is telling the assistant, not me, "He'll be VERY UPSET if "she" comes back next month and he has to take out the other two teeth!" I don't understand why they should come out? "Well, I see three teeth that need to go!" And he's gone. The assistant pats my shoulder, "Let me go talk to him.". She comes back in shaking her head, "He won't do it." He won't do what? He won't take out ANY, including the one that is fractured in half! I left in tears. I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, I'm taking my business and broken molar to someone competent! I sincerely hope you do too!

My daughter was scheduled for an appointment to have her wisdom teeth extracted. by Mr. Salomon (he should not even be called a doctor) He came in the room while my daughter was tearing up, and yelled that he was not going to do this and walked out. He left his assistant in the room who kept apologizing and saying this happens all the time. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. I have never in my lifetime experienced such rude unprofessional behavior from a doctor. When I got home I looked up his reviews and this has happened many times to different people. Why would Coast Dental have such an incompetent doctor working for them? Do not go here. I will give this place one star only because his assistant was so nice and understanding.
