Dr. Wise created a 5 tooth bridge for the bottom left portion. It turned out beautifully! The fit and color were impeccable. Then without me even asking she repaired the right front tooth by bonding it, as it had a terrible chip in it. I had not even planned on being able to get that tooth repaired. She saw the imperfection and repaired it by bonding the tooth to match perfectly with the bridge. I have never had any medical professional, ever do such a kind, caring procedure because it made the person "look" better! She goes beyond what is just needed to what is right!
About Front Desk: The front desk staff are just an extension of Dr Wise...the same caring, thoughful, qualified individuals as she is. And secondly, many of them have been there for double digit years...that speaks for itself.
About Hygienist: Dr Wise is definitely a 5! I say this as an experienced 63 year old woman who has been to many dentists for various procedures. Actually she is a 5+!!

I was in the dentist chair for four hours. This is for 45 mind work.
Each appointment took way too long. No reason... she is very rude and has a smart mouth. work was not very good either. Will never go back.... would never recommend her to anyone. terrible bookkeeping.....

worst place I have seen they take to long with the appointments and leave u in the waiting room for like an hour or more after ur appointment time then they make mistakes with the insurance and let it go for 3 months when u go back for 3 more teeth to be pulled and you pay your bill for those teeth they make u wait in the waiting room for an hour then come tell you well we're not pulling your teeth cause insurance hasn't paid claims cause of their screw up not ours so they have money for services they did not perform and now giving excuses on giving us our refund

Teeth were fine when I started seeing Dr Wise, just cleanings. She told me I needed root canals that failed. Used all my insurance money and most of my savings too. I finally went to another dentist where I found out the root canals weren't even done right, only one canal was treated. Ended up losing 3 teeth because of her unprofessional greed. When questioned about any procedure, I got a lecture about how she was the doctor. If she's the doctor, she needs to learn how to do the procedures!

Never go there, bad attitude. Very poor quality . Junk dentures. Dentures are to expensive.

This dentist does not like to be questioned on a dental course of action even though she didn't explain clearly what the plan was. * On visit 3 I was to come in to have a mold done for what I thought would be 2 crowns. I found out after waiting over 2 hours past my appt time that she planned to do the 2 adjacent teeth for cosmetic reasons. I questioned the assistant, but didn't get to talk with the Dr. * On the 4th visit to get the teeth prepped and temp crowns installed I waited 2 hours past appt time before she would see me. I mentioned that I thought it was bizzare that they wanted to do the other 2 teeth and she snapped. She went on a long lecture and scolded me when I tried to interrupt her to ask a technical question. Without answering my questions she said it was all up to me and left the room and turned out the light on me. When she came back 20 minutes later I asked her politely if we were going to be able to work together. She said "No" and would not even say good bye.

This is the worst experience with a dentist I have ever had. She gives me a 8 am appt time and the staff shows UP at 9. So I had to wait AN HOUR? this is not the first time this has happened. They fit my new dentures months ago and they have never fit. I told them REPEATEDLY over the last 6 months I could not wear them - now they tell me they will have to be remade ?? and I will have to pay all that $$$ AGAIN due to their mistake? Please Please PLEASE NEVER USE her. My daughter went to Affordable Dentures in Cartersville and has NEVER had a problem. I WISH I had done the same. I am looking into my options of suing this dentist....8 months with teeth that cost me THOUSANDS AFTER insurance and I have never ever been able to wear them properly. The only reason I went to her is that she is the dentist my insurance pays for. Insurance fraud? cause now they want to charge them (and ME) more money for a new lower set that they didnt make properly to begin with? This dentist has caused me so much stress and I have lost too much weight cause I cannot eat. SAVE YOURSELVES!!!!!!!!
