I had my 27 root canal and 5 re treatments today and the Doctor was excellent in numbing my mouth. I always have difficulty in numbing and he made sure I was completely numb. He explained what he was doing and I wish all my other root canals were as painless Very pleased

I went to Dr. Z for a routine procedure, and I found him to be rude and inconsiderate, and defensive and dismissive when I voiced my concerns. I would not recommend him.

Dr Z. saw me in an almost emergency situation and fixed my previous dentist's huge mistake QUICKLY, COMPLETELY & PAINLESSLY. He used a rubber dam to prevent infection, has great hands, told me what he was doing and was humming a good tune the whole while. The receptionist was polite and fit me in immediately. She took the time to listen to my comments about my out of state insurance, which is always a test of any good receptionists patience. She made many calls without complaint to be sure we were both on the same page with regard to compensation. 5 stars.

I found Dr. Zichinolfi to be an excellent endodontist- He fixed an ongoing problem that no other Dentist could fix! I would highly recommend him!!
