I had a cavity filled. He did not wait for the numbing effect to kick in, therefore I was crying in pain. He then shot me with pain killer three more times, until the entire half of my face was numb. He hit a nerve when he injected the pain killer, therefore I experienced nerve damage for three months afterwards. I was in extreme pain, and the refused to admit that he could have messed up. I kept trying to make a follow up appointment after I was still in pain one week post cavity, but his receptionist told me it was normal and didn't let me have an appointment. I was finally allowed in for a follow up appointment two months later, and they told me that the pain was "all in my head". They didn't take my concerns seriously, so I will be taking my business somewhere else after 18 years of loyalty.
About Front Desk: They helped me schedule my next appointment in six months. However, they are not helpful about scheduling appointment for pain management.

About Hygienist: I'm not sure what her name was, but she definitely did not want to be there. She kept complaining about how all customers have tartar because they don't clean their teeth correctly. She said mine were some of the best she had seen, but she still made me feel like a stupid child.
