After being a paitient for 7 years, I have found Dr. Stern to be a very good dentist. His advice is good and sound and he only recommends necessary work. He is willing to take the time to explain all aspects of a treatment plan.
His office was always in good shape and the staff was very efficient. He seemed to always have the latest in dental technology.
He was willing to work with me to maximize my insurance benefits. He always followed up with filing insurance predetermination plans when he said he would. He also would write a letter to the insurance company in order to justify their payment for a procedure that they may have initially turned down..
He works two Saturdays a month, which sometimes came in handy.
He was very gentle and I never experienced any pain with my many extensive procedures.
