Read Reviews for Dr. Jason Russell
Dr. Russell put a crown on a tooth that I had a root canal on (by another doctor) and I've had problems with that crown ever since August of 2012. The first crown he put on cracked a couple of weeks after I got it so he put on a second crown. The second crown was too small but he wouldn't put on another crown that fit properly. Instead, he wanted to put a crown on the tooth next to the tooth with the root canal and he said he wouldn't charge me full price for that crown. I told him why should I get and pay for a crown I don't need. Because of the small crown on the tooth with the root canal, food would get into the area of the gum that wasn't covered with the crown. There was an area between the tooth with the crown and the tooth next to it that was open and I would have to dig food out of this area. Needless to say, I was in constant pain. I went to two other dentists who both said that the crown was too small and I needed a new one. Because I had already given Dr. Russell approximately $3,800 for the crown, two fillings, and bonding on one tooth, I didn't want to spend another $1,000 on another crown so I had the tooth pulled. When the dentist took the crown off the tooth with the root canal (before he pulled the tooth),
