After 18 yrs of cavity free teeth, Dr. Lorraine diagnosed me with 6 cavities at my first visit with her. She filled 3 of them that day and told me to come back later to get the others filled. I had such a miserable experience that I never went back to her. It turns out that those other 3 cavities never existed as I eventually got a second opinion. 13 years later and I've never gotten any other cavities filled and have had no dental problems. I believe she saw a mouth with no fillings and saw dollar signs. I'm still extremely upset about this today as I feel taken advantage of.

she put braces on, and after it was all said and done my teeth are still not what was shown to me in pictures of how it should have turned out. she is only interested in the money and will tell anyone what they want to here to get their business. my jaw constantly hurt and she seemed unconcerned about my well being. felt like i was taken for a ride for poor service at high cost.

I was new to the area, and my neighbor referred me to Dr. Lorraine's office. I was very a little apprehensive at first, because I had only been to one dentist my whole life. On my first appointment, i felt at home right away. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lorraine answered all my questions before I started my treatment. I will refer all my coast guard family and friends.

About Front Desk: The front office staff explained everything to me about my coast guard benefits, so I could make my decisions about my treatment.

I had braces done as an adult with Dr. Lorraine. Her staff is very professional, and I'd recommend her to all of my family and friends.

About Front Desk: Apparently they are switching to a new computer system, so it took longer than normal, but they were very polite and professional

I had cosmetic dentistry done several different times, and each appointment was a total success! I love my dentist, and my children love her too! Her staff is very professional too!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is very knowledge about with insurance benefits! I never have to worry about filing my own claims.

did my crown in like 30 minutes. i have since have had it to be redone. sure was interested in the money. Seemed spaced out. Receptionist was rude to assistants. would not recommended.
