both my husband and i went to dr okoniewski prior to moving out of state. it probably sounds silly to say but i felt like i was leaving family to leave his office. all of the members were so kind and made every visit (even uncomfortable ones when i was pregnant) the most enjoyable it can be at the dentist. dr okoniewski was always thorough and made great recommedations to make our smiles the best they could be. i sincerely miss being a patient there and hope i can find a new dentist we like half as much in texas.

I have had a spectrum of treatments from fillings, crowns and root canals to a partial for lost teeth. Through it all, Dr. Okoniewski and his staff have been competent and professional and their chair-side manner is top-notch. Dr. Okoniewski and his staff continually attend seminars designed to keep them abreast of the latest developments in dentistry. Their use of the latest technology enables them to give their patients top-notch treatment. His front office staff will help you with your insurance concerns and will work with you to enable you to afford the dental treatments you need.

Awesome!!! The cleanest office and most up to date dental practices around. He goes out of his way to make you feel relaxed; even a massage therapist is on staff to complete your visit.

Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist are extremely friendly, professional, and competent. Dr. Okoniewski isn't afraid of new technologies. One visit is all it takes to get a crown. No temporary crown while one is manufactured. He manufactures them right there in about a half hour. I used to hate going to the dentist before finding this one. Frankly, I went so rarely that I really don't have much to compare him to. All I know is that I now go every six months. My teeth and gums are in the best shape they've ever been in.
My insurance is good (I get $1500 per year) so I can't really make a great judgement on the price. I listed it at a "2" because to me it seems like a lot of money when I see the bills, but he may very well be average in the industry. I think a crown runs around $800, and resin fillings run somewhere around $150-175. Hope this review helps you.

Dr. O continually over sells the services needed, his cattle call approach to patient care is obviously in place to pay for his new building. He continually re-uses gloves and other supplies to the detriment of all patients creating opportunities for transmission of disease. His charges to my insurance were outrageous and when questioned he has an assistant talk to us about it. He has no interest in what is best for the patient, only what is best for the "production" of the office. His work regularly violates the pulp chamber making it necessary for a root canal and extra billing, not to mention the extra trauma to the patient...check with others! Dr. O has a whole sting of unsatisfied patients, only wish I knew this before I went to him. He and his office manager wife also continually violate Labor Department rules with staff. Check it out, see for yourself only hold on to your wallet, insurance coverage and the good teeth that you have left!!
