Secretary that works for this Dentist is one of the nastiest and rudest human beings I've ever heard. Leaves harassing and hostile voice mails to remind you of appointment. (i.e. "I don't know about you but we're professionals here and have things to do and you're wasting our time by not calling back). This was after calling me two times in two days and I didn't see the missed call.
Main issue for this review: Have a severe dental infection due to a needed root canal surgery that needed to be done ages ago, but am unable to afford. Called emergency dental number and recieved a TEXT msg from the dentist just saying "can't help you." Ended up going to emergency clinic for anti-biotics/pain killers. Isn't there a code of ethics for dentists?
Insurance: Sent me a bill for more money when insurance didn't pay them what they wanted.
Bedside Manner: Dentist more interested in talking to co-workers than patient and was in/out of room without really talking to me ever. Most impersonal dentist I've ever met. I need to have a route canal done and hv
Actual Work: Did good work on my one cavity that he did and the xrays were not painful.
I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone and plan on staying away from this dentist at all costs.
About Hygienist: Older woman, very friendly and was very thorough in checking for gum disease. She was very informative and did a good job cleaning my teeth. Only person I liked at this dental office.
