Unbelievable staff and patient customer service, Recently made a review, and will gladly say I am satisified with the way they handled it. They were always a great dentistry, They only issue I had was with the billing, and they resolved it. Definitely RECOMMEND! Very satsified patient!!

I came in for a routine cleaning, Which is covered 100% by my Insurance. The billing staff decides to bill me $155 for a DIFFERENT procedure. They did not mention this ONCE to me. I confronted them, They told me I had gum disease and a 2 Hour Appt. I have 0 Cavities, 0 Dental work, and NO Gum disease. Also, I was only their for 1 Hr and 15 Min!!! This is just a way to make a quick buck, Unfortunately, They lost my business, along with people I know! And all they tell me is... That sucks...

I have always gone there since I was a child and now I take my son. i don't have insurance and it is reasonable staff is polite he is very personable and professional

I would rate Dr. O'Connor and his office very high. Upon real short notice he treated my son'in'law for his root canal.
And he treated myself to whiten and brighten my teeth..
