I just got finished having my crown put in-as always Dr. Hackett took his time making sure the bite was just perfect. I really appreciate the patience he shows with any procedure he does. I have been seeing him for 20 years and my teeth look and feel great. I can eat anything-both hot and ice cold-with no problem at all. Eating is definitely much more pleasurable when the bite is right and there is no sensitivity. Thank you Dr. Hackett for the wonderful care you have taken with my teeth for the last 20 years.

A very nice staff, Dr. Hackett is pleasent and seems to do a good job. His equipment is very dated. My guess is he is getting ready to retire soon and not investing in his business

Dr Hackett and his profesional staff is extremely thorough with his inspections and cleanings. I have used him for around 10 years, and had No cavities. He really checks and watches specific issues to make shure they dont get worse. His receptionist is a bit rude and his hours are akward, but the proffesional staff is excellent. I had 1 filling from my childhood redone, and overall a good experience.
The facilities in Wixom are from the 60's but very functional. He also has a office in Plymouth, MI. The plymouth office has modern facilities.
