I received a root canal at the end of the week (i believe a friday). before the weekend was over the filling had fallen out of tooth and the tooth broke. This was not my first root canal. At the time I had had at least 3 others done by a different doctor and all trouble free. When I went to my dentist on monday to get my crown my dentist had to try an additional procedure at great expense so my tooth could accept a crown. He said there might be a high failure rate. Sure enough my tooth needs to be pulled and the only real choice is to follow with an extremely expensive implant.
I would never suggest Dr. Dahl as a treatment provider.
