Dr. Shamblott is very patient when explaining what needs to be done and how. He also offered options when cost became a factor. Very easy to understand while never talking done to me. He has a very caring attitude and never rushed me to make my decision.

This was the worst experience I ever had ,,,,I did a few root canal s with them and some crowns,and I paid around 12thousand,after 6months one of my crown fell off (usually in 10years it might not 6months) he did a very bad job and they are not friendly at all,,they or nice only the first time after that not,,I don't recommend this denistry to anyone,they know only how take money from people but they don't do the job they charge for:(:(

The staff, particularly Bettina, have been WONDERFUL! I was really stressed about going to the dentist as I hadn't been in a while. They completely relaxed me and did not make me feel bad about waiting so long to come! Highly recommended!

I had a severely infected tooth that he suggested a root canal, with crown that would have cost over 2,100.00, He didnt give me an anti-biotic which would have helped with the pain, and the procedures. I opted for a tooth extraction that he couldnt complete because the pain was so unbearable. After about the 10th shot of novacaine, and about 1 1/2 hours later I requested he stop with the procedure. Dr. Shamblott gave me a referral to see an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed, or to wait until he conviently came back from his 10 day vacation. As for my best interest I scheduled with the oral surgeon, and had my tooth removed with ease, and comfort. The staff at Shamblott Dentistry did they're job, but did not make me feel comfortable, especially the front desk receptionist (rude!!). When I left the office they didnt give me any after care instructions, and I had to ask him for a prescription of pain medicine. I had to wait two days to get into another surgeon, but well worth the wait. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone, this entire situation could have been avoided with proper care.
