Dr. Gross went out of her way to initially help me on a Saturday for a broken front tooth when other dentists weren't taking calls at all. She always takes great care assuring I am comfortable during procedures and thoroughly explains every step in the process, and is excellent about referring to another service if necessary care may be outside her expertise.
Dr. Gross is personable and does a great job with making me feel more like her friend than just a patient by also remembering details, and this makes it much easier to discuss my dental needs.
About Hygienist: The staff all have very pleasant personalities and on every visit show great concern about proper care and technique of dental health.

A friend in the trade recommended Susan years ago, and she has always done exemplary work. He told me most dentists were "butchers," and that Susan was one of the few good ones.
She replaced two dead front uppers years ago, and they've never given me a bit of problem.
