Kurt Froehlich is a fraud, a crook and a liar. Watch out for his so-called "Financial Agreement" you may have signed in his office! He'll use that to charge you for anything and anything. Don't rely on your insurance coverage; that Financial Agreement authorizes him to charge you anything above what your insurance covers and YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE!!! There are numerous complaints against Froehlich, even reports of fraudulent billing. Contact rcs.confidential @ gmail.com for details.
About Front Desk: An accomplice. Didn't know insurance and played Froehlich's crooked games. When I called back, she was apparently history.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was pleasant enough but obviously needed a job very badly to be in that office.
