READ YOUR CONSENT FORM. Dr. Lehnowsky sends all lab work to the Ohio State Pathology lab and apparently somewhere on the consent form it tells you he sends to the facility of his choice (I am waiting for the office to mail me the form so I can see what I missed). If your insurance company does not have a contract with the Ohio State Pathology lab, you are going to be charged more than four times the amount your insurance company will allow for out of pocket and neither the lab, nor Dr. Lehnowsky who didn't even have the courtesy to return my phone call to discuss this will care. DON'T USE THIS GUY.

I have had the worse experience here and would not recommend them to anyone, not even my worse enemy. Their customer service is none existent and they don't care about anything except for making money. I had three appointments and waited for over 45 minutes for each one only to see the doctor for five minutes or less. Wasn't able to ask questions without getting snapped at and rushed out the door. Staff is rude and office hours are very inconvenient for those that work Monday through Friday. His on-call service took over six hours to respond to me. His nursing staff pushed me out of the door before even conscience after my surgery. I will never go back and will never recommend.
