Waited 3 hours to be seen. Was told one cost on phone, then charged 3 x that at appointment. Daughter told me later that the nurse was mean. Went to pick up medication at pharmacy that I was told was sent in and they didn't have it and had to call for them. Didn't seem to care about anything but getting there money.
