After 4 years after getting her mistake corrected by another more professional surgeon, I am shocked she is still in practice. Had to check in on her reviews just to be sure my experience was correct. Unreal that "doctors" such as Francioni continue to work for people who just want to be helped by a professional. Her attitude was not only really rude to me but a family member that accompanied me.

DONT SEE THIS DOCTOR!! All the negative reviews are completely accurate! She has a terrible attitude and makes her patients feel inferior just because she is "Doctor". She lacks the knowledge to be a good surgeon, heck, she even lacks the knowledge to be a good nurse. She was rude, unkind, and just plain mean. After having a cyst removed from an old procedure she just made me feel like I was a moron for letting it get so far. I felt NO PAIN! Yet she made me feel like a fool because it got infected and berated for me it. I hope that no one ever has to endure being made to feel the way that I had felt that day. DON'T SEE THIS FAKE DR.

She removed my cyst and partial of my wisdom tooth. After 3 weeks I am still experiencing horrible pain. I can't eat well. In addition she has bad manners, defensive, abrupt.
In my 4th visit she decided to show how to do the cleaning. I have never had argumetns with a dentist or a doctor before. I was shocked when I found myself having discussions with her over the phone.
She should have removed my all wisdom tooth and add some artificial bone in the area she removed my cyst. I will ended up most likely in another surgery again in the next 3 months. I just found a normal and great doctor. Sonia Francioni brought me lot of pain. I Missed work so much. I did not sleep well. It has been a difficult time.
I do not recommend her at all!!!!!

I just want to preface by saying that I was born with a facial deformity, so I have been around the block when it comes to dentist, doctors, orthodontics and surgeons visits.
Terrible bed side manor - got frustrated with my when she when I was flinching because she was jabbing the numbing needle in my mouth and then got frustrated when I was flinching during the procedure because I wasnt totally numb.
Didnt say a word to me after the procedure

Multiple teeth extraction which was done in an hour in a single visit... result was awful. She appears to not know what she's doing and is defensive and insecure as a result.

Proof that going to an Ivy League med school does not make you a good doctor. Not very effective, knowledgeable, or friendly. Despite years of experience, she does not know what she's doing and is consequently defensive. Does not take the time to communicate clearly nor does she do her due diligence necessary to perform dental work, often times on very sensitive areas of the mouth and gum.

I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Francioni. She explained everything as she worked on me and gave me plenty of novacain to make it as pain free as possible. I was blown away by her the night of my surgery when she called me at home not just to check up on me but to reiterate the follow-up procedures I should be doing. It wasn't just a "hi, how are you doing call". She kept on reminding me what to do. I have never had such a call from any doctor. My wife and I were saying "Wow" a lot after she hung up. Can I only give her 5 stars because she deserves more.
About Front Desk: I didn't get any names but they were all very professional and were able to squeeze me in early to get my stitches out. They were also very helpful in reviewing my insurance coverage. I did have to wait 25 minutes for my procedure but I give everyone a pass on that as they were trying to do everything without phones or internet that day. I'd give everyone 4.5 stars.

two members of family had wisdom teeth removed. Office personnel worked hard to get extraordinary coverage from my insurance. I would highly recommend this doctor.
About Front Desk: Re-scheduled multiple times always finding a convenient time, helpful with insurance, even provided me with coffee while I waited.
