best customer service around....it is personal and genuine...there is never a wait and I get to stay with my son during his appointments. everything was explained thoroughly in the beginning and my questions are always answered at the appts.

This office and staff are so professional and friendly.
This is my second child to be treated by Dr. Bentley and we always find him to be patient and kind. My whole family enjoys our monthly visits!!

I have two children in braces. I asked Dr. Bently to explain some of the treatment. He was rude, condescending and unhelpful. He is great at getting people to start treatment, but does not treat current patients well. Don't get sucked into the fancy office...the lack of care is not worth it!
