Read Reviews for Dr. Edmond Bedrossian
This was the worst experience of my life. He was thirty minutes late for my appointment which was no big deal except for the fact that he didn't go over my xrays with me, didn't offer me options or explain possible complications- rather he talked very fast, telling me just to get them all four out, what to do before the surgery and then sent in the tec to schedule the appointment. When I told the tec that i had questions she explained that he was already in another procedure so I waited 15 more min and he came in rushed and annoyed and abrasive, demanding I asked direct questions, that he was having a "hectic day" and it would be "ridiculous for him to explain the procedure to someone that wouldn't understand". When I tried to tell him about my anxieties around the invasive procedure and asked about complications he was rude, raised his voice, seem aggravated, talked down to me saying that its a pretty common thing and I should know from friends and family what to expect. When I asked him not to yell at me or be so aggressive it seemed to anger him more. I then ask he treat me like a patient and a human being and he said "NO" threw down my file and stormed out of the room. i left in tears.

I highly recommend Dr. Bedrossian. He put in an implant for me that was quite challenging - the tooth was squeezed in a very small area between two teeth. It was remarkably painless experience; the facilities were clean and equipment all very new. I would go back to see him again.

I am not a fan. I chose Dr. Bedrossian because he was listed as a preferred provider by my insurance company. Thus, I was entitled to pre-negotiated rates. Dr. B refused to honor the insurance company's negotiated rates, however, charging me full price (nearly $1,000 more). He refused to refund me the difference between the two rates. I needed to spend hours on the phone attempting to resolve this issue.
The waiting room is uncomfortable - hot and very cramped.
I am not sure if my implant was installed correctly. I get a ton of food trapped between the crown and gum and must now floss obsessively.

Insurance nightmare - Make sure to clear up all insurance issues before starting procedures. Do not assume that becasue the Dr. is in your insurance network that you will get preferred rates. This could mean $1,000s extra on expensive implant treatments.
Quality of work - Process was somewhat simple. I have a big gap under my implant, however, where food is constantly getting stuck. Dr. never warned me about this. I am not sure if this is normal.
Office - Very small and hot waiting room.

Dr. Bedrossian took my wisdom teeth out yesterday. I quickly needed my impacted teeth out and he made room for me in his schedule right away.
The office is small, but efficient with up-to date procedures and technology. My surgery took only 45 minutes. Everbody told me how painful the next couple days would be, but I would have to admit that I don't feel that bad. I would reccomend Dr. Bedrossian to anyone who wants great painless surgery. If you read his profile, he is well accomplished here in the bay Area.

I was referred to Dr. Bedrossian by my dentist for an extraction and immediate implant procedure. When I contacted the office, I assumed I would get at least a consultation to explain the procedure/risk.
I arrived at the office, paid the bill in full which included $250 for consultation. When I got called, I told the nurse I had some questions about the procedure but the nurse said Fridays were procedure days and they were fully book and that she would take my questions to the Dr. while she prepped me for the extraction.
I have always been terrified of dentist offices, so I compiled.
Well, before you know it, they had the gas tube by my nose and I was dizzy from that and Dr. Bedrossian came in, extracted the tooth and did an immediate implant.
After procedure I left the office dazed but I thought, they are professionals, so they must know what they are doing.
6 weeks later, while Bedrossian was doing a followup, he said there is an infection in the implant and it needed to be removed. He injected the novacaine and took the implant out immediately before I was numb and no explaination, just we will try again in 2 months.

Dr. Bedrossian saw me for painful tooth and prescribed medication and waiting rather than operating. He was also only dentist I saw who warned me that prior head radiation could compromise surgery on my jaw. Pain problem recurred about two years later but I was impressed with his knowledge and restraint.

This dentist is horrible. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and he never told me what to expect after they were pulled (loss of sensation etc). Worst still, he charged me around $1500 for a procedure that should only have cost $900. Stay away.
