Dr. Shems is a consummate professional with a warm, caring demeanor. This is impressive given her busy practice and high level of expertise. She actually makes you feel as if you are the only person that matters when you are with her, in her practice. Her staff are a complement to the practice and positive proof of the trickle-down effect. I could not recommend Dr. Shems more highly. Our daughter still regards and remembers her with great fondness.
About Front Desk: Especially kind, caring and warmly regarding each person who enters. First impressions are so important but more, the rest of the practice experience reinforces and even exceeds the first impression.

I really love my teeth Dr. Shems, I have waited 43 years for these! Thank you so much!! Had consults at a few other places, this office was by far the best choice. Excellent staff and exceptional care. Can't say enough about how awesome my experience has been!!!

Dr. Michele Shems and her assistants are courteous, professional, extremely friendly, and offer #1 in customer service. My daughter and me (an adult at 51!!!) both received braces with superb results. My son (who other orthodontists said NEEDED braces) did not need braces after all-that was because Dr. Shems was HONEST and not a gold digger. There is no other place to get braces than Dr. Shems..it's as simple as that.

braces for kids, very kind, great with kids, willing to compromise, doesn't rush ahead too early, can't ask for someone better!

She has way too many patients, you can never get an appointment when you want one. The office is nice and clean, but the whole operation there is fairly new, therefore they aren't as knowledgeable about certain things like oral surgery. They do not communicate well with outside doctors/dentists.
