Were do i even start? Well Brain smith orthodontist is a very kind and caring. They always make sure after every appoinemt you walk out with a smile on your face. The visits are fun, because they have viedo games , bevages, and movies playing well you getting your braces check up. you never have to wait. Plus they work around your scheldule. I highly recomd brain smith!!!!!!!! I LOVE MY BRAIN SMITH BRACES!!!! <3

I would highly recommend Dr. Brian Smith in Spring Branch, TX for Orthodontist treatment. Dr. Brian Smith is awesome! He and his staff our great. They always work around my schedule and are so patient with me. They make you feel so welcomed! Also, they are so caring and give so much to our community.

Two children going through braces now. A seven year old coming up and no question he will go to Dr smith as well. He and the staff are wonderful. Supporter of local schools and sporting teams every year. Kids actually look forward to going to see the staff and dr smith. Thank you from Steele and Storrey and upcoming patient Stone Slaughter.

The office of Dr. Brian Smith is very welcoming. It is comfortable, attractive, patient friendly, but most of all the people there are so amazing. They are very accomodating & helpful. There isn't a question they can't answer or a problem they can't solve. Their help with finances goes beyond comfortable. The end result of my daughters braces is nothing less than perfection. Her smile just glows. Teeth are teeth, but hers are movie star teeth, white, straight & beyond eye catching. She is proud of her teeth and with the guidiance of Dr. Smith & his staff, she has taken well care of her new smile. They make the visits fun even after the braces off. Any child with the need for braces deserves to feel special during the "braces event", and Dr. Smiths office will make the experience personal & wonderfully memorable.
