Well this has more to do with that my daughter had her orthodontics mostly completed and at her birthday party (catered) someone busing her table threw out her retainer. She had been unbanded for about 1 year and when I went to Dr. Lam he said it would cost $400 for the invisalign retainer and we are poor, on Medicaid and did not have that, so he said we could go without it and eventually her teeth would shift. She then went away to camp and with in 3 weeks flat her teeth shifted, and then he said it would be $3,000 to fix it. We don't have that and since the teeth are unbanded, Medicaid won't pay for that. I was able to get the records. I am very dissappointed and sad as her teeth were straight, and done.
