The office billed my insurance for treatment that was not done!
About Front Desk: ????? I wonder who does the billing and why would the doctor approve of it???????
About Hygienist: I had a basic cleaning done and my insurance was billed for 4 quadrants of deep periodontal cleanings, that's bull shit!

This dentist has it all. He is a very skilled dentist, who has consistently applied his skill to treat me. I had a very old capped front tooth surprise me and break off at the gumline. Dr. Busnikov had no trouble analyzing and prepping me for the new cap. I didn't even think a new cap could be put on.
In one week, I had a new porcelain tooth that looks completely natural.
This whol office buzzes along smoothly, as a close-knit, world-class team of pros. Genial and professonal and able to empathize and communicate in a civil, decent way is pretty unique.
About Front Desk: It is excellent just to always have a friendly greeting, even when things are hectic, absolutely chaotic due to many things going on at once. This person is totally in control. She is professional and efficient. I know I can count on her to give me excellent, accurate service.
