*Extremely expensive, cash only, insurance not accepted, although office will submit claims. Expect cost to be at $450.00 per hour.
*Dentist is not nice to new employees, often embarrassing them in front of patients, causing an awkward atmosphere, overall.
*Dentist travels for months at a time, even to Paris, leaving patients in care of on-call dentist who, unfortunately, did not return my phone calls.
*Dentist, despite x-rays, CBCT scans, and consultation with hygienist, did not tell me that I was at risk for losing six teeth.
*Office staff was odd and micro-managed.
*Office atmosphere is definitely not for children, as I witnessed one parent express.
About Front Desk: The Front Desk Staff are afraid of Dr. Lyford, and his wife, Sophie, and will put their jobs before any patient. They will submit claims to insurance, but they want cash, upfront, and this is their bottom-line, to equal, in my experience, $450.00 an hour.

About Hygienist: Thorough, yet afraid, sadly, to communicate with the dentist about true findings, and thus, failing, miserably, to make much-needed recommendations, leaving the patient with rotting teeth.
