We have gotten many referrals and "second opinions" for work that has been deemed as "necessary" approaches to address the changes that occurred from a hasty prior extraction. Many of them involved bulky and out-dated methods without meaningful and understandable explanations. However, all I can say about Dr. Kimberley Wu is that she is extremely kind and skillful, and has gentle hands, is careful, meticulous, and very thorough at her work. All of her staff members display full competency in their area and are always willing to help each out other. We have just completed the first phase, and throughout the whole experience, my daughter and my family members have only had wonderful and pleasant experiences with Dr. Wu and her staff. I cannot say enough about them.

My 11 year old daughter had a severe case of one of her teeth growing horizontally rather than straight down.
We researched for a while and got a couple different ideas from orthodontist on how to treat this. Now there is no one correct way. Like with any treatment there are different approaches.
We went to one of the most know orthodontist ( 30 something years in business) to Dr Wu.
Her approach seamed to make sense, had the least stress on my child. She is a wonderful sweet person. Her office staff is great. You can get an appointment within a week. They call and e mail you back. I could reach Dr Wu on her cell phone when we where at the dentist who was not sure which teeth to pull. The office is so kid friendly. No stress. Fun. Pakman and bean bags in the waiting room.
Dr Wu has studied and has some big degrees. You notice the moment she talks to you. I totally trust her to treat my two children.
She was highly recommended to me by another mom who is a doctor at Childrens Hospital herself.
