Worst dentist EVER. Unless you've got time to waste, DON'T BOTHER going to Ronald Goodman, DDS at Universal Dental Center. He is AWFUL. Four out of my 7 visits, he's rescheduled me AFTER I'd waited almost 2 hours with no explanation as to why I was waiting. I've never seen any doctor so unprofessional in my life. And once when I tried to complain, he suggested I see another dentist if I didn't like the way he worked. My first visit to see him, the office was clearly over-crowded and there was a woman literally in TEARS crying & yelling at him telling him how rude he was for having her sit in the chair for almost 2 hours without coming back into the room. I guess she didn't want to get up & leave because he hadn't completed her procedure yet. That should've been my first clue. Had I known then what I know now, I would've run for the boarder & never looked back. Go see this dentist at your own discretion. Read the other negative reviews on Yahoo... I sure wish I had. It would've saved me a lot of time and a lot of stress. Too many dentists out here to get grossly mistreated my this one.
