Had to find a new dentist, haven't been to one in about 4 years and I'm terrified of dentists. Dr. Dao had to extract 2 teeth today and I have never had an extraction that was quicker or more pain-free. Dr. Dao knows what he's doing and does it well.
About Front Desk: Lin does double-duty and does it well. She makes sure you know what's going on, asks questions to make sure you're completely informed, explains the ins-and-outs of insurance issues. She does it all.

About Hygienist: Lin is an absolute sweetheart, she makes sure you're comfortable, answers any and all questions, explains insurance issues, etc.
