I was a patient of Dr.Lindi's when I was a child, I don't really remember my personal treatment there. When it came time to find my daughter a dentist, I chose her because the name was familiar. BAD DECISION! She was very rough with my daughter, who, by the way, is a very good girl and listens very well. Dr.Lindi was practically man-handling my child to get her to hold still for a filling and was very rude to her. She never once even tried to get on my child's level and explain anything to her. She is 7 years old!! I'm not saying she needed to reason with her, just a simple, child-friendly explanation of what was going to happen would've sufficed! She really scared my daughter...and now she doesn't want to go to any dentist! I can't believe this lady is a pediatric dentist.

The new billing secretary is very rude. She was not helpful in explaining why I was all of the sudden being billed for a flouride that my insurance did not cover. The previous biller was overiding the fee. The new secretary did not waive the fee and started using my copays for other services to cover this fee. All of the sudden I had a $100 bill for services that I was not aware of. When I called to ask for an explanation she was not helpful at all and told me that I had taken my 5 year old son for 2 cleaning within 3 months. Why I would do that, I have no idea!!!!!! Dr Lindi is a great dentist, she should work on customer service.

Dr. Lindi usually sees the children and I was not impressed with her chair-side manner. Her husband Dr Steve is much better with children. We went to the Anderson's for 10 years. The hygentists are outstanding at this office, if given the choice, go with Dr. Steve.
