Dr. Baca is the greatest dentist ever. She filled two cavities for me, and it didn't hurt. She has a great personality and a relaxing way about. She soothed my anxiety about the whole process. The staff is wonderful too. I feel like I've been gonig to he for years. The staff gave wonderful dental hygene recommendations, too.

Dr. Baca is very professional and very thorough. She is pleasant and proud of her work. Her office manager should be removed. She is not friendly & she does not advise patients of extra amounts of money paid by insurance on your account. It is kept there while she continually makes a patient pay up front for procedures, 1/2 for crowns at beginning & 1/2 at finish. She does not work with established patients for a payment basis & makes one feel quite inferior. My family left a great dentist because of the office manager.

Best dentist and best dental practice I've every seen--and I've been around. I've never spent more than a minute in the waiting room or alone in a treatment/exam room. I've always been able to get an appointment in a day or two when I have a problem. Hygienists, assistants and front-office staff are all helpful, pleasant and competent. Rose, the billing/insurance lady, is very helpful and usually bills insurance first and me second. Dr. Baca herself is amazing. She looks like an anorectic teenager but is experienced, calm and resassuring. She has the lightest touch, espeically with a novocaine needle and in procedures, like root canals, that are usually done with a heavy hand.
