I have had cleanings, fillings, extractions, and a bridge. Dr. Keanna has great chair-side manners. He is totally into holistic type dentistry, and wrote a book about it. I don't think he is a preferred provider on any plan, but his staff will file insurance for you. His staff is friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend him to others.

Lost my tooth due to poor dental work by this dentist. Dentist chooses the very expensive treatment and still lost tooth due to using the wrong adhesive

Poor dental work. High prices. Tooth he worked on got infected in last than a month and had to be removed.

His facilitys are dirty and he does not like to be questioned about his opinions. He is very egotistical man and is not intrested in your well being. Find another dentist .

Services with Dr. Keanna were fine and he is a nice guy however his support staff is about as worthless as possible. My first bills are usually calls from collection agencies. Keep in mind I never received any previous bills and they never bothered to file with my insurance. The last time this happened I received a call as an appointment reminder. I was told that I would need to pay my balanace due before services can be performed. I mentioned that I had not received a single bill form them and I had not been in in 6 months. The response was "Oh, ok" and then she hung up. Not explanation of the amount due, no invoice in the mail....nothing. I called and left 3 messages to speak with the DR about this with no return calls. On my fourth call I explained politely that I haven't received any calls back. I was told that I probably wouldn't. I mentioned that I was going to find a new dentist....the receptionist immediately hung up on me. THis is customer service? Really? I'm not saying that he is a bad dentist, I'm saying that his support staff is a liability to his business and your credit. Very unprofessional.
About Hygienist: The hygienst does a great job if the DR is in the office but takes obvious shortcuts if he is not.

Terrible dentist with a big ego and lots of charisma who gets very testy and short with you have any issues (like questions or needing more adjustments). Plus he has his staff do most of the work. Both of the crowns he did came out and he just reglued them without cleaning the decay. The crowns never felt right but he told me "that was normal". Not even a year later, I just got root canals on all the teeth he worked on. I wish I never went to him. I would never recommend him to anyone. And he is very expensive... his staff however is very nice.
