Dr. Hollingshead is pricey, arrogant, and will not discuss with his patients the treatments he proposes. Dr. Hollingshead is in it for the money and when you're ready to settle the bill you will see what I mean. No breaks given here. A lot of unnecessary treatments. Before any major work, get a second opinion and be safe. Dr. Hollingshead is a waste of money in light of the average dental work one receives.

About Hygienist: The hugienists go by the clock. They are journeyman, bouncing from office to office, as Dr. Hollingshead wont take on full time employees so he can spare the benefit package. Hygienists are too quick, rough, and administer an " absolute dental ' kind of cleaning. Not worth the price charged

People in office are great.
Cookies and juice are a nice touch.
A bit pricey, but worth it if you can afford the cost.
The front desk people try to lock you in to a hygienist for cleaning. They make it hard to switch to another. Just make it known that you want a different one if you do not like the one available.

I've been a patient for over 10 years. He handled two broken front teeth with new caps and I get so many compliments on my smile. He's not the cheapest dentist in town, however, in this instance, you get what you pay for. He's gentle, has a quiet and calming nature and is honest about what's involved with any treatment. His hygenist is one of the best I've ever been treated by. The mood of the entire staff is upbeat, friendly and they treat you like family.
