About Front Desk: chris knew everything about my insurance and estimated my treatment to the penny!! she spend 40 minutes with me going over every thing i needed and how much it would be, she even helped me with a payment plan. after my appointment, she called to see how i was doing !! i love her !!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is rude and discourteous especially Chris. She messes up your billing and then cops an attitude when you question her about it. She constantly overcharges because she's too lazy to get the information from the insurance company and just guesses what she should bill. She's incompetent and shouldn't be dealing with any customer service. Doesn't have a clue how to deal with people.
