In the last 5 years, everything in my mouth has been replaced with all new porcelain materials. Stephen Rose is very picky about the work that leaves his office and when something wasn't manufactured correctly, he made the manufacture replace it! Dr Rose has the most modern equipment of any dentist I have ever met and it seems like he has a new treatment device each time I see him. As a result, even though I am nearly a senior citizen, I have a beautiful smile!

I am Disabled & took part in the Donated Dental Program where by Dr Rose helped me with my dental needs and did this free of charge. Dr. Rose went way out of his way to do nearly $ 7,000.00 of dental reconstruction. What is remarkable is this; I now go to Nevada School of Dentistry for my hygien etc. The head or the Dental School mentioed that whom ever worked on my dental needs previous did a impeccible job, a work of art ! Dr. Rose could have taken short cuts but did not. This dentist should receive The Man of Year Award ! I mean this sincerely. Thank You Dr. Rose! Incidently, the entire staff gets FIVE STARS as they are kind and very helpful.

Dr. Rose and his wife (who works in the office some days) are very very nice. They do a great job from the momment you walk into the office. His reputation is one of the best in Las Vegas. I highly recommend Dr. Rose. He does excellent work.

This doctor completed a bridge. We removed my four, top front teel and replaced them with a permanent bridge. My new teeth are better than ever. I have a pretty smile and am thrilled with the work completed by Dr. Rose.

Excellent dentist and staff. Very professional and caring. There is a television to watch (with a selection of videos) while having your procedure. They are fairly punctual with appointment times.The office is very clean. Wish they had an office closer to my home and were open on Friday.
