I had a tooth extraction, two caps and a bridge. I had not been to the dentist in a long while because of a terrible experience when I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Ruggeroli and his staff were awesome. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome and reassured. There was no pain (unbelievable but true). If I had known going to the dentist could be so painless I would have gone before I needed this extensive work. And Dr. Ruggeroli personally called to see how I was doing that afternoon. Incredible!! I will definitely recommend him to all my friends
About Front Desk: She was professional, kind and explained my insurance in a non-condescending way. You don't always get that!
About Hygienist: She was great - reassuring, knowledgeable, gentle and thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Dr.Ruggeroli, Is one of the finest dentists I've ever met. Dr. Ruggeroli's is more than a five star dentist. The quality and care is that of the best.

I was extremely uncomfortable at Dr. Ruggeroli's office because of the way his staff made me feel. Especially the manager of the place her name is Patti, I thought she was extremely rude to one the dental assistant. I thought it was very unprofessional the way she was acting. If you don't support your staff, how can you support your practice. I also felt tension between the doctor and the assistant. Overall I thought the work was alright from the doctors point of view. Patti was on the dental assistant like a hawk why they were making my temporary crown, she kicked the dental assistant out of the chair and did it herself. The temporary the assistant was making me seemed to be more comfortable than Patti's. I had to come back, it was irritating my gums, and the bite wasn't right. I also overheard the office manager being Patti talking bad about another customer right in front of me! I feel if the doctor got it together and hired the right manager the practice would run alot more smoothly.
About Hygienist: I also didn't feel the greatest satisfaction with the hygenist Nicole. She seemed very rough my gums were bleeding for days. And the whole time she was working on me I couldn't wait to get out of the chair.

He is the nicest dentist ive ever had. He knows what he is doing and actually cares what you have to say. His work environment is very confortable and his staff is friendly and caring. I feel relaxed and pleasant going there and every time i have my teeth cleaned or fixed, i am extremely happy with the results. If you are looking for an EXCELLENT dentist in Las Vegas, you should consider trying his office. He's WONDERFUL! :)

Dr. Ruggeroli is the best dentist I have ever been to, and I have been to many dentists. He is kind and caring, catering to the coward. He is very good in making the visit pain free and no stress. He is the best!
