His office is dirty and unsanitary. His interaction with patients is poor. He is like a used car salesman and he didn't give up until I agreed with what he wants to do. He didn't listen my cocerns. Everything is dollars and cents to him. I noticed his instruments were dirty. He is very mean to the front desk and staff. Every time I went back, I had to deal with someone different. His bookkeeping is very poor. He billed my insurance for procedures that was not in my treatment. I was charged for the same procedure three times. I will never go back. I will never recommened him.

If you hate going to the dentist, this is your doctor! He makes treatment stress-free and as gentle as possible. He answers your questions and allows for a no-pressure situation when offering treatment options. I had my crowns done by Dr. Harris and they looked so good that I couldn't tell the difference from my natural teeth. His billing is fair and insurance covers many of the basic procedures. While working with you he is non-intrusive but friendly; not very talkative but sociable. The last time I went he no longer had a receptionist so there was a minor lag in time from leaving a message and receiving an appointment but it is very minor.

Dr. Harris is both professional and good natured. He is very concerned about good dental health but he is not preachy. He continues to stay on top of the latest procedures. I think he really likes to explain his newest gagets. He is also very patient when it comes to explaining your dental health needs. I have developed a deep trust in his professional opinion and refer my family and friends. He repects your appointment time. He accepts insurance plans but in my case I have to co-pay as well. I find it well worth the investment in my dental well being. I also appreciate the "boutique" service I receive. The office is small yet clean and centrally located downtown Brooklyn.

Excellent doctor:patient service. Gentle and reassuring manner. Takes personal interest like a family doctor or friend.
