While I was waiting in the waiting room I overheard her loudly tell her assistant that she was "so f*cking sick of working on poor people's teeth" and then she said "well he was only ten minutes early, lets say it was ten minutes late and send him home".
She manhandled my teeth and made it really clear she was basically disgusted with me. I was just there for a filling. I am thirty two and take great care of my teeth. This was the first time I have ever had to get even a filling, and she just made me feel like the most awful person in the world for needing one.
I'm not really sensitive but by the time I left I was close to tears. I have asked around about her and a common theme is that she seems to really hate what she does for a living and enjoys taking it out on patients. Especially the one she works with through Lifetime Health in Buffalo. Im sorry I dared to seek dental help through LHMG Dr. Adams. I dont have dental insurance at work and its either private dental insurance or food.
Awful woman.
