This use to be a very good dental practice, but now I wouldn't recommend them now. I don't know if it is health problems or what, but Dr, Turner no longer seems able to provide good care. He seems to have trouble seeing, he totally botched 2 root canals on a family member. His staff consists of under trained young girls and one girl is so rude and crude that she made a retired Marine blush. Our family has taken our dental care needs elsewhere. I might go here to have a tooth pulled, but that is about it. He has just lost a lot of his skills and I am sorry to see that happen.
About Front Desk: Most of the staff seem nice, but untrained. Brook is the only one who stands out as rude and crude. She gets confused about things and has such a loud voice they can probably hear her in the next office. More than one time she made an appt for me, I set aside time in my day to come in and I never got seen because she screwed up. I suspect this office billed one of my family member's who doesn't have insurance on another family member's insurance. I didn't report it because I felt bad about maybe getting a dentist I have known so many years in trouble.
About Hygienist: The hygienist he has now seems skilled. Before she came in, he was using a girl I know was not trained.
