Dr. Ivan Lee over-treated me. He told me I had FIVE new cavities. I was shocked since I'm very consistent on getting my dental cleanings every six months. I also take care of my teeth very well with my Sonic care dental equipment. I went to another dentist for a second opinion in in midtown and in fact I actually had zero cavities.
He had already filled the left side of my mouth with the apparent 3 cavities and scheduled me in for an appointment for the right side of my mouth. This was appalling.

I had a filling at a clinic in Flushing. Despite the fact that half of my face was numb for 5-6 hours (which is abnormal for a local anesthesia) the same night that filling came off when I tried to floss. I went back to the same clinic and the doctor took an x-ray for me he look right into my eyes and told me its ok, but I doubt it because it looks like I have a huge hole on the teeth, then I went to Dr. Lee who save my day. I had another x-ray and he did my filling on the same day. The anesthesia took 2-3 hrs to recover and the deep filling does not hurts at all. I am so thankful that Dr.Lee fixed my pain the teeth and I can guarantee you that Dr. Lee will not make you wait for hours and is willing to provide the best treatments you can ever find compare to my medicare dentists in Flushing.

Dr. Lee is fantastic, the best dentist, the best doctor I have ever had (I'm 52, female). He did an upper front tooth crown for me which must be the hardest to do especially when you do not have nicely or evenly shaped teeth like mine. First visit he checked every tooth, made any repairs and fixed any cavities. He works quickly and with a confidence you return. You could't be in better hands. He's a perfectionist. And he will never suggest an intervention that is premature or not necessary. He wants to make sure you have zero discomfort with your teeth in your life and that you feel good about the way you look in respect to them. I couldn't be more grateful to him for his care and expertise and ethic. As to price, dentists before him have charged me twice as much for work not even half as good. Uptown/outer borough patients should be traveling downtown Manhattan to Dr. Lee.

OMG! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Ivan Lee!! He is so awesome and I have never met dentist who makes me so friendly and is so informative through every step of the process. He has decades of experience and it really shows...he removed my wisdom tooth in 7 minutes!!! On top of all of that, he has given me the best prices after calling around many, many dentists in the NYC area (including Brooklyn!).
Never have I been so happy about going to the dentist. Finally, he has a good sense of humor and his assistants are sweet too. :)

Dr. Lee has been my family dentist for more than 20+ years. I have countless fillings and crowns done over the years. Regardless of the repetitive times, Dr. Lee will explain in details to ensure the procedure is done as painless as possible and with ease. Dr. Lee is by far the most professional, understanding, and explanatory of all options before all the work is carried out. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

I went to Dr. Lee since he first opened his office 8 years ago. I had all my fillings, root canal and annual clean up done by Dr. Lee. When I went through a tremendous auto accident 20 years ago. He helped me overcome my personal fears and dental injury without hesitation. I valued his professional opinion even as of today. His staffs are always friendly. I find the facility is more like my own home than dental office. Dr. Lee also treat me like his own family member than treating me as a patient. His personal care and concern towards his patients is beyond just a Dentist. I feel very comfortable & confident under his care. He is a warm heart and kind person. I love the music he put on when I have my dental work done. I treasure and value Dr. Lee not only as my Dentist but also a personal friend.In fact, my entire family members are his patients. We rely and trust his professional skill. Without any doubt; I always and will recommend Dr. Lee to all my friends and relatives. I am glad I know you and we become friend forever. I wish you continuous success and many more years to come

I have been Dr. Lee's patient for over 25 years! He is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I've had so many terrible experiences prior to Dr. Lee. Not only does he make you feel comfortable with his silly bantor, he's an EXCELLENT dentist. Never once in all my years w/Dr. Lee has he hurt me through all my dental surgeries and procedures (and believe me, I have had many!).
When my kids were old enough to start going to a dentist, we all started making family appts together even though we have to schelp from Staten Island because I know he's worth the trip. My kids feel right at home in his office. They are never afraid to goto the "Dentist"! Knock on wood... they haven't had a cavity yet due to all the preventive measures he has taken (my kids are now 10 and 6)!!
He also has a wonderful and warm staff. They are all friendly and helpful especially my buddy Mandy! :)
I wish I could give him 5 stars!
Go see Dr. Lee, you will not regret it!

best dentist ever, i also take my daughter to him becase i only want the best for her!
before Dr. Lee i han not seen a dentist since i was 12, i had a phobia. but Dr. Lee took care of that. I live uptown Manhattan, but there is no where else i would go. i don't care how far i have to travel. it is so worth it.

before Dr.Lee i had a deadly fear of dentist and had not seen one since i was 12, but i went to see Dr. Lee in the summer of 1985 and haven't missed any appointments since. He is truly the BEST and now i have my daughter seeing him and she too thinks he is the best.
