So glad to have found Dr. Matani! After a prior bad experience I found him by searching other positive reviews. He accepts my insurance AND is a wondeful dentist. Thorough appointment, pain free procedure that looks wonderful. Highly recommended.

I LOVE Dr. Matani! As far as dentists go, I couldn't have asked for a better one. He is super nice, very efficient and thorough, and most of all, he is patient. I went in for a route canal a couple of months ago, and he recognized that I was a bit nervous - so he explained every image in my x-rays, telling me why he needed to do the procedure, and then showed me on the chart exactly what he was going to do. It was quick and painless, and he was singing along with the radio the whole time. Not something you see every day - that just told me he was happy to be doing his job, which made me feel better about having him work on my mouth.
Over the holiday weekend, I cracked the tooth that had the route canal and was waiting for a crown. I called on Tuesday, and they were able to squeeze me in for Wednesday morning. I showed up and was ushered straight into a procedure room. Dr. Matani took one look at the tooth and declared an extraction was necessary. All I heard was "pain". Once again, he was patient enough to go over what needed to be done, in detail, just to put me at ease. He showed me all of the tools he was going to use (although, I didn't need to see the needles lol), and promised he would make it as comfortable as he could. Three shots of novocaine and 45 minutes later and everything was done. He even had me laughing during the procedure!
Overall, the staff in the office is very friendly and accommodating, and with Dr. Matani in charge, it's really no surprise. I have already recommended him to several friends and they too have all said the same - he's the best!
About Hygienist: I can't remember his name, but he was great! Mild mannered and well spoken, he was gentle but thorough.

5 fillings - below every standard. Can't even use floss anymore (he was not concerned about that). All he cares about is how to sell or up-sell. Talks about money all the time. Every time you go he'll find some fillings to do or whatever, needed or not. I switched.

Very happy with Dr Matani. The office is a little funky, but I've had several procedures and he is excellent.

I have gone to him for years. He has done veneers, bridges and dental maintenance. I've always found him to be competent, honest and caring.
