Periodontal disease Dr. Williams is my doctor, she does have others on board. She uses laser as well as deep gum cleaning, also shaved needed teeth due to over comp, to balance biting since I had the disease for a long time, thus some teeth are missing. (no thanks to my old DDS whom if he had cleaned thoroughly perhaps the digression of the disease would have been slower. She is knowledgeable with up to date tech, she is very energetic and does more than one patient at a time, efficiently. Her efficiency will cause waiting delays for patients, so if you have to wait, know she is doing a good job and will do the same for you. Small personable office, so if you dont like to be cared for or talked to like a human being, this is not the office for you. Bathroom is shared so please take care of it like you would in your own home or better than because its shared. Ask anything and it shall be answered, remember they are busy so if they forget something dont be bashful to remind them kindly; again if you want a factory robotic atmosphere, this is the place for you.
About Front Desk: Good, they have different people who sit there, so there are different personalities, however they each try to be welcoming, polite and informative.

Doctor Williams is the best, very understanding, competive staff. I had several work performed by them with excellent results.

Dr Williams did my husband's and my periodontal work. She uses a laser (few are trained in peridodontal laser) and it hurt much less than when I had my gums scaped 6 years ago. The results seem to be great. Very thorough aftercare. She is gentle, friendly, and extremely enthusiastic about her work. The hygienist in her office, Catherine, is also AMAZING. (My teeth were very stained from coffee, etc.). The waiting room and the rooms themselves are not fancy at all--the care goes in to the attention to the work Dr Williams and her staff do. She also works for free 1 day a month on neighborhood kids, and has volunteered in Africa. My husband and I love her work, and think she's a great person as well. (We tried her out because of a coupon that described the laser procedure...)She is now our new dentist.
