Im not sure why everyone says hes rude. Hes to the point! When you were little and skinned your knee and your mom ran up saying , OMG are you ok ? You cried harder. When your mom said , ok your fine get up , You were fine and got up.
Hes not here to cuddle you , Hes here to give his expertise and do the job perfectly. My experience was great and here is my story.
I was raised that if you were not speaking truth then say nothing at all.No lies were ever tolerated in our home. I don't sugar coat anything and have never been a butt kisser, I either like you or I don't , no grey area with me. I was referred to Dr Brokloff and was apprehensive to go because the Dr that referred me was awful. I went anyhow figuring if he was the same than id get up tell him my thoughts and leave. He was incredible and had a personality odd combo for a Dr.He listened to me and I can talk , I had many questions and he addressed them all. He wasn't demeaning , God complex or disrespectful. He made me very at ease and did an incredible job. I couldn't be happier.

went in for consultation to have 1 wisdom tooth removed. brokloff had horrible bedside manners! do not go to this guy!! he was abrasive, rude, and didn't intro himself. he laughed at the dosage of a medicine I take daily and then made a rude remark. he was bothered when I asked valid questions and proceeded to tell me how many years he has been doing his job.
the office staff was the most unfriendly bunch of misfits I've ever encountered. **this office is extremely filthy*** I waited 46 minutes to be taken back to a room that was shared w the office and all employees had to walk thru it and other patients could clearly see from the waiting room. while wtg I heard screams from the back. they had my paperwork marked that I was preg and I'm not. they went to do the full head scan and I had to tell them that I just got that done when I came back into this room. this place does not have it together! I'm not going back- cld never trust them to administer anesthesia.
**extremely dirty place!!!! the chair I sat in for the "exam" was covered w a film of nasty dirt from ppls legs. I cringed when I had to sit. I wld not trust this place as nothing looks clean or sanitary, I mean nothing!!

About Hygienist: they didn't know what forms to have me fill out. they didn't communicate w each to realize that the one had already done the X-rays. had things marked incorrectly on my paperwork
