Front desk staff are rude and should not deal with the public. Whoever does the billing is clueless. I was billed incorrectly and conveniently for something my insurance wouldn't pay. Nothing was done to correct it. Dentists are rushed and seem annoyed at questions. They forwarded me to an oral surgeon, can't they pull teeth? I was certain it was infected, but the dentist said no. It was infected. Poor!

Rushed, does not care. Wants to talk politics rather than focus on my teeth. If I am paying you to work on my teeth I expect just that. If I wanted to talk politics and the problems of the world I would go to a bar.
About Front Desk: Tend to all be blondes. They are very arrogant and condescending. They act like you should be thankful you are there talking to them yet it is likely none of them have past a a high school mental level.
About Hygienist: Clearly uneducated but they come off as knowing more than you. Makes you feel like you are just some stupid patient.

I am on a dental insurance plan and this was a provider listed. I made an appt was seen by one doctor for a cleaning and ended up scheduled with the main doctor. He was all business and seemed focused in just doing the procedure and nothing else. I did not find him to be too interactive. Later when I got the cap put in he wasn't even there. Not impressed.

I recently switched over to this practice a month ago. I saw one doctor during my first appointment, and had a cleaning. Then I had an appointment for a filling and the male doctor never came over. Another woman, I don't think she was a doctor, an Efda? did it for me and I never asked for that. Overall, I was not impressed though the xrays were interesting and the hygenist was thorough as far as I could see.

I recently had a very negative experience with the staff of Bay Dental and pulled my family from the practice. Horrible customer service.

The Bay Dental Office has abysmal customer service. I went in for a checkup and was told to come back in for more treatment. Not the doctor nor the hygenist told me what treatment i needed or how we were going to fix my teeth. When I did come back in they almost put an amalgam filling in with out even asking if i want amalgam or composite....what year is this...come'on people. They also did a very poor job of preparing my tooth for a crown. The composite filling they did put in is still soft after 2 weeks....what a crappy job! This office is all about money and cosmetics, if you want good quality dental care I advise you to look somewhere else. Front desk was short and curt and would not give messges to doctors when I had questions. Very unprofessional.

The entire staff are great to work with... It sometimes takes a little while to get an appointment but on the day of you are in and out in no time.

I have been seeing Dr. Francati for many years. I have soft teeth and have been prone to cavities my entire life. I'm 35 years old, and for the first time in my life, I had NO CAVITIES at my last checkup! Last year, he filled two cavities and put three crowns on my teeth. I haven't had a problem since then, and the process was easy and painless. I will be working with him to replace a crown on my front tooth that was done by my previous dentist. It has never looked right and stands out as different than my other teeth. I know that Dr. Francati will do a great job.
He and his staff have never judged me or made me feel as if I wasn't taking proper care of my teeth. I've never had a bad experience at his office, and I recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist.

great service. Always on time. Root canal did not hurt at all. Crowns fit perfectly.
