Please check your insurance coverage before paying any out of pocket expense to this office. I went in for my appt and was told my insurance would not cover my procedure. Ended up finding out that my insurance did indeed cover it. I had a terrible time getting my over payment $408.00 refunded. I think they would rather see people pay out of pocket, then the negotiated rate with their insurance carrier.
About Front Desk: They are incompetent when it comes to insurance coverage and billing.

started going to this doctor while he was still in dental school at Case. I continued to see him after he opened his practice in Berea. Huge mistake. I am currently having most of the fillings he did removed because he failed to properly remove all the decay. I found this doctor to be tentative and unsure of himself. Seemed to take hours to do things my current dentist is knocking out quickly.
The last straw was this doctor demanding I undergo expensive scaling cleaning process that my current dentist said was not needed. Apparently, someone was trying to keep their hygienist busy at my expense. Steer clear.

I gave this young, inexperienced dentist the benefit of the doubt when my gut told me not to. He left a lasting impression on my mouth that that will cost a small fortune to correct, not to mention the complete loss of a tooth.

Dr. Wolnik, and his dental assistant had a nice wonderful chair side manner. I had a filling and felt no pain. I look forward to my next cleaning vist with the hygienist.
The treatment coordinator is very pleasant and will go out of her way to help you with your insurance and scheduling.
Great Work!!!!!!!
